Cascade Pump & Irrigation Services was established in August, 1993 by Guy and Candi Fronk. The company became an Oregon limited liability company (LLC) in 2000 and added long-time employee Bryan Gribskov to management in 2002. The company has experienced strong growth every year and now employs ten people year round plus ten to twelve additional seasonal workers. Cascade Pump's offices, extensive parts warehouse, welding and fabrication and pump repair facilities are located in northeast Bend's new Brinson Industrial Park. Layton Avenue, running between Brinson Blvd and Empire Avenue provides easy access to the Bend Parkway for reaching customers north and south of Bend, as well as proximity to Butler Market Road, to serve communities east of town. Guy Fronk has been in the pump and irrigation business since 1980. His skills in designing and troubleshooting domestic water systems are exceptional. In addition to managing the company, Guy provides training for all employees in many aspect of the business. On various occasions, he has presented training seminars for other contractors and water users as well. Bryan Gribskov has 11 years of pump and irrigation experience. His specialty is design and installation of residential and commercial turf irrigation systems, and installation and service of commercial municipal water systems. The rest of Cascade Pumps staff has extensive experience in all aspects of agricultural irrigation, from pump stations to pivots, including design, installation and repair.
