How To Place an Order
To order by fax:
1. Print out order form.
2. Fill out order form using the item # from our online catalog making sure to complete all billing/shipping &
credit card information.
3. Fax form to 541-389-2267
To order by phone:
1. Have the item # you want to order, using our online catalog.
2. Call us at 541-389-7867
3. Be prepared to give billing/shipping & credit card information.
Upon request we will email or fax an order confirmation. You will receive a copy of the invoice with your order.
Order Fulfillment Policy
Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 24hrs. For any items that are not in stock, we will call you with
an estimated time before we expect to receive the item and either remove it from your order or back order the
item. Back ordered items may incur extra shipping charges.
Pricing Policy
Retail prices in our online catalog are current at the time of printing. Due to rapidly changing market
conditions, prices are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
Requests for return of merchandise will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Customers may return
unused, like new merchandise in person at the retail counter in Bend OR, unless a return has been
prearranged by management at Cascade Pump & Irrigation. Shipping costs for returned items are the
responsibility of the customer & returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
